ASRC Aerospace Corporation Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Registration at the NASA John F. Kennedy Space Center

Cape Canaveral, Florida, June 14, 2004 - The Arctic
Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), a Native American company, is proud
to announce one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, ASRC Aerospace Corporation
has achieved ISO 9001:2000 registration at the NASA John F. Kennedy Space
Center (KSC) in Florida. The firm holds the University-Affiliated Spaceport
Technology Development Contract (USTDC), NASA's major research and technology
contract at KSC. The registration audit was conducted by Perry Johnson
Registrars, Inc., an auditing firm accredited by the Registrar Accreditation
Board (RAB).
For ASRC Aerospace, a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), ISO 9001:2000
registration required a considerable commitment of resources and dedication.
Richard Ambrose, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ASRC Aerospace
stated "The ISO 9001:2000 standard is recognized and respected worldwide,
and registration shows commitment to continuing excellence in our quality
management processes."
Richard Kniseley, Program Manager of the USTDC, affirmed the registration
validates the commitment by all USTDC employees to deliver quality aerospace
products and services that exceed our customer's needs.
